At Noddy, our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy below for clarity on how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel, please email us at info@noddyindia.in or call us at +91 22 40054896 with your order number.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product, damaged item, or there’s a size issue.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Once approved, you can request:

Exchange for a different size, if available.

Credit note or coupon for future purchases.

Refund, if the product is out of stock.

We do not accept returns for:

Products on sale/discount.

Accessories or innerwear coming soon(for hygiene reasons).

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
 

3. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

It will be credited in your account with in 2-3 working days.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless it was an error from our end.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), we will arrange pickup and cover shipping charges.

You will get exchange product with in 7-10 working days.

For size exchanges or personal preferences, customers may need to bear the return courier charges.
